How To Make Cappuccino

Ingredients:
- ½ cup Water
- 2-3 tbsp freshly Ground Coffee
- 1½ cups Skimmed Milk
- Chocolate Powder
- In the base of an espresso maker, pour the water and pack the coffee into the filter. Close the top and turn it to medium heat.
- Let the espresso brew. In the meantime, boil the milk. Place the milk in a cafetiere or French press and pump about 15 times to froth the milk. You should have half milk and half froth for the cappuccino.
- Now, pour the espresso in the cups. Add the milk while holding back on the froth with a spoon. After pouring the milk, add the froth and sprinkle the chocolate powder.
- For best results, add one-third each of espresso, milk and froth.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Powdered Instant Nondairy Creamer
- 1 cup Chocolate-Flavored Drink Mix
- ¾ cup Instant Coffee
- ½ cup Sugar
- ½ tsp ground Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp Nutmeg
- Whipped Cream
- 6 oz Water
- In a bowl, mix the creamer, chocolate drink mix, coffee, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. You can store this in an air tight container.
- Boil the water and add two tablespoon of the mixture. Pour into cups and add whipped cream.
- Serve hot.
Ingredients:
- 2 quarts brewed Coffee
- 4 cups evaporated Skim Milk
- ½ cup packed Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Almond Extract
- In a saucepan, put the coffee, milk and sugar. Stir thoroughly to mix. Bring it to a boil at medium heat.
- Remove the pan from the heat and add the vanilla and almond extract. Pour into cups and serve hot.
